Job Description

·         SharePoint site development

·         Some SharePoint administration

·         Knowledge transfer/mentoring

·         SharePoint online experience preferred

·         3 months solid with potential thru end of year

·         Prefer Onsite (at least initially)

Job Title:    SharePoint Developer

Location:    Fishers, IN

Duration:  6 Months

Client: Sallie Mae

 

Job Description:-

SharePoint administration – will support SharePoint Cots Packages

1)       Administrator – support commercial off the shelf

2)       .net development skills

3)       Office 365 migration experience

4)       Good Communication Skills

 

This team supports what they call, “Support Commercial Off the Shelf Software (COTS)” which is comprised of x86 based technologies running SQL and Oracle backend databases. These are basically client server applications that talk to data base servers.

 

·         The responsibilities of the person they are looking for would be to support COTS applications and become a liaison between the business and IT. For example if there is an issue with one of the COT applications this person would be responsible to help facilitate conversations between the vendor for the application and IT. They would help facilitate in summarizing the issues and manage the vendor and IT through resolution.

·         He would like someone that has .Net development.

·         It would be a plus to have someone with SharePoint skill sets to help with the O365 migration.
