Skills
Very good in communication and should be a good team player apart from being able to lead the team
Good Understanding / experience of Testing Process knowledge, including Agile methodology
Good Analytical Skills
Understanding of XMLS / Unix and web services
Experience on HP ALM. Reports / Dashboard experience is required.
Experience in understanding Data models / Writing complex SQL queries / Understanding Stored Procedure
Understanding of Performance related parameters, required for a an application
Understanding of ETL Load processes and concepts of testing related to data migration / data loads
