Job Title:          Sr. Programmer Analyst  

Bill Rate : $50/hour on CTC

 

Start Date: 02/10/2014            End Date: 12/31/2014

 

Explanation for Position:

 

Candidate will participate in the functional and technical evaluation of the capabilities

of the Salesforce.Com and Microsoft Dynamics CRM tools. Provides input and support

for, and performs full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses,

technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and

applications software, etc.). She/he participates in component and data architecture

design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD)

initiatives to meet business requirements. This position provides input to applications

development project plans and integrations. She/he collaborates with teams and

supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement

of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications

development, integration, and maintenance. She/he provides input to department

and project teams on decisions supporting projects

 

Details of Position:

Candidate MUST be an expert in CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics and

Salesfforce.com) and understand the functional and technical capabilities of each

tool, as well as how to customize or configure. Nice to have skills include: experience

in .NET, Java Scripting, SQL Server and Oracle. Conducts systems and requirements

analyses to identify project action items; performs assigned functions and tasks to

meet project plan and quality review requirements.; analyzes, designs, codes, tests,

corrects, and documents moderate to highly complex programs to ensure optimal

performance and compliance; defines interfaces among systems components to

ensure interoperability; Creates and reviews interface agreements to ensure proper

transfer of information between systems.

 

Management Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications (Microsoft Office), good project

management skills (Microsoft Project); works well in a team environment.
