REQUIRED SKILLS:

·         Hands on dealing with issues in OC4J and Weblogic App server

·         Hands on installing/configuring SOA/AIA in OC4J/Weblogic with high availability/Cluster environment -- MUST

·         Hand on SOA/AIA custom services deployment

·         Hands on writing ant scripts - MUST

·         Hands on to deal with Performance issues in SOA servers

·         Have knowledge of Adapter configurations and

·         MDS related troubleshooting
