No, I would beat his ass. But a properly raised young lady isn't going to select a bum, she is going to pick a man of means, or at least potential. And my daughter would never ask the government to take money from you to sustain herself. And don't breed what you can't feed. Having 10 kids you can provide for is not breeding like a cockroach. Having one kid you can't afford is breeding like a cockroach.
