Our client's current architect is leaving as of Friday. Here are his typical duties:
-He utilizes skunkworks to make minor platform changes as needed. This is done to avoid the formal approval process for larger changes, and keeps the "ball rolling" on a daily basis.
-The architect needs to be able to do some coding as well, as this is part of the maintenance side of the role.
-Coordinates with Skuid, Skuid is the UI on NCF's Salesforce platform, additionally Skuid provides support on an on-going basis and works closely with the architect and the team.
-They will be moving their web services platform to Jitterbit Apass Harmony. This is part of their cloud strategy. Based on timing, this could start while we are on the ground there.
They also have just received funding and approval to implement Charity Portal and Non-Liquid Gift for Seismic (this is a salesforce plug in for proposals and docs).
