Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI:-Telephonic followed by face to face Duties of this position include the following: • Good Hands on experience in performance testing tool HP LoadRunner scripting – MUST HAVE • Good Hands on experience in HP LoadRunner components • Experienced in translating functional requirements into automated LoadRunner scripts • Experienced in providing gap analysis of test data requirements • Gather business volume metrics and assemble workload transactions for performance testing • Develop and document manual and scripted test cases. • Design and execute load test and stress test to characterize system performance, capacity, and availability • Develop and maintain test scenarios to meet testing objectives • Document, track, and escalate system performance issues • Identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations based on performance test result analysis   Requirements:   • Past Project Experience o Minimum 4 years of Performance Testing experience, preferably in PeopleSoft HCM Applications testing o Excellent knowledge of HP testing tool, specifically HP LoadRunner. • Consulting Skills o Detail oriented and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines o Good understanding of QA lifecycle and methodology o Knowledge of SQL queries and ControlM is a plus o Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work on cross-functional teams o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Display effective analytical skills
