Skills Required and Job Description:

immediate need of a Six Sigma Black Belt who is a strong, process-driven individual to help create a more structured, disciplined approach for our client in Plymouth, MN. Consultant is needed to serve the client by delivering and evaluating services. Consultant must perform the role of a process consultant for a diverse set of client stakeholders by effectively applying Lean Six Sigma Methodology with related technical skills to identify root cause and drive implementation of solutions that achieve the project's desired results. Requirements: Proven ability with Supply Chain and Delivery projects. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification. Successful experience leading Lean Six Sigma training. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related program of study. Experience at a global level on business process design, execution, and testing. Strong project management skills with ability to independently initiate and execute projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
