Responsibilities
Athena is a next generation risk, pricing, and trade management platform created by Investment Bank. Athena is designed to enable rapid innovation on the desk by offering Technologists, Quantitative Analysts and Risk Managers a consistent, cross-asset portfolio of models, frameworks and tools to use in building financial applications.
• Design and implement a high-frequency trading platform
• Optimize the platform by using network and systems programming
• Creating tools to analyze data for patterns
• Work closely with the Quant team to develop pricing and analytic components in Python, leveraging the Athena platform
• Enhance the team by demonstrating best practice throughout the software development lifecycle: testing, code review, accurate status reporting, focus on application resilience and "operatability".

Technical Skills:
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms,
• Strong Python hands-on coding experience min 4 years
• Knowledge of other development language, including Java, Perl and shell scripts
