2. Good to very good skills on MS-Excel (Pivots, multi-sheet calculations) and MS Power Point
3. Good with Jira, ITSM
4. Must have experience in working with global teams (USA, Europe and Asia)
5. Infrastructure Service management tools

 

GOOD TO HAVE:

6. ServiceNow, Remedy or infra monitoring tools experience
7. Infra certification
8. Project Management / Scrum Methodology
