Duration: 18 months

 

Competencies :

·         Creation of functional designs, test scripts and training documentation.

·         Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Identify and resolve issues/conflicts.

·         Perform root cause analysis.

·         Coordinate with business process owners/SMEs for support and development activities.

·         Prioritize incidents.

·         Requirements gathering.

·         Estimate the effort and timelines for enhancements.

·         Create/update functional specifications.

·         Application configuration changes.

·         Functional Testing

·         Track metrics, Service Levels Compliance and Reporting.
