Job Title          : Web UI (Lead)

Client              : Ericsson.

Location          : Sunnyvale (or) SanJose CA.

Duration         : 6+ ( Possible extension)

Interview        :  Phone or Skype

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Write tons of code across the full stack – front end Web UI, Understand the middle tier and backend

·         Troubleshoot and support system and application problems

·         Debug problems and understand the existing code

·         Create and execute unit tests and perform basic systems testing

·         Mentor lower-level engineers in coding practices and process

·         Manage teams onsite-offshore

·         Work in an Agile Scrum team process, collaborating closely with fellow developers, DBAs, QA, team leads, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

·         BS in Computer Science (or related field) and 5+years of experience in software development using Microsoft stack

·         Experience with Agile development processes, methodologies, and tools

·         Excellent understanding of Object Oriented software design

·         Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, BackBone, Knockout

·         Understanding of Test Driven Development

·         Able to communicate complex technical concepts to company stakeholders in an easy-to-understand manner

Bonus points:

·         Experience with web frameworks like jQuery, Bootstrap, Knockout,  etc.

·         Experience with Angular, Durandal, or other single page application framework

·         Experience with JS and related web-dev tools (Bower, Grunt, Gulp, Yeoman, Jasmine, etc)

·         Great work ethic and sense of humor

Candidate should be strong in Javascript, Angular JS & Node JS.
