Immediate Need: US IT DBM / Account Manager - Hyderabad

Role: US IT DBM / Account Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: Permanent

 

Description/Requirement:

We are currently hiring aggressive US IT BDM / Account Manager who can grow the company to next level by bringing credible profiles to our US client requirements.

3-5 Years of experience in new business development for IT Industry        

Must have excellent soft skills and Lead generation experience.      

Good IT knowledge and IT staffing needs.  

Must have cold calling, contact research, email capmaign experience.

Sound knowledge in using Social and google tooles like Linkedin, Jigsaw etc.

Must have Staff Augmentation experience. Fixing clients call.

Knowledge on Contract & Permanent hiring.

Meeting clients, taking regular follow ups with clients.

Understanding of recruitment cycle.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for getting New Leads/Requirements and maintaining Existing Clients to Enhance Business relations.

The candidate must be able to bring in active clients Implementation partners / Direct client / Tier 1 vendors

Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients through Cold Calling.

Understand the requirement and Clients need and Shortlist the Suitable Candidates

Based on technological skills, rates and location preferences from the available pool of Resources.

Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client, which is required for making an end Client Submission.

Follow-up with The Clients on the Progress of the Submittals made.

Orient the Candidates on Interview process and Closure.

Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation

Assisting Operations department in closing fruitful business deals.
