Business Integration consultant is an ITIL Release-Deployment Management role.
Resource will be interfacing with various development team from different vendors of Cisco to collect the impact assessment of Software scopes for planned release, business value statements, assessing the impact to applications, Tracking smoke test cases execution before production releases.
