Candidates in Florida and GC EAD, GC, USC only and can attend a Face to Face interview this week. No H1 or OPT EAD.

 

This is a C-C opportunity but we can not utilize H1 candidates. Candidates must currently be in Florida and able to attend an in-person interview this week. **There is no first phone interview. It is an in-person interview on Wednesday or Friday offer this week.

 

 

SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Business Analyst's role is to serve as liaison between IT and business representatives by helping implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. This individual will lead cross-functional teams in requirements elicitation and discovery using Joint Analysis & Design (JAD) sessions. He/She will work closely with the software development team and QA to ensure that they understand the requirements, specifications, workflow and context.

 

Formal Education & Certification

ü  College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, accounting, or management information systems and 6 years Business Analysis work experience.

ü  CBAP/CCBA Certifications, highly preferred, or completion within one year

 

Critical Skills and Experience:

ü  Minimal of 6 years Business Analysis work experience

ü  Understanding of Business Analysis knowledge Areas, Tasks and Techniques

ü  Proven experience in planning, gathering, eliciting, documenting, monitoring business requirements

ü  Develop Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), use cases, user stories, test scenarios, test cases for testing the functional requirement

ü  Must have prior experience with IT projects involving development, database, hardware and network

ü  Minimum of 2 years working experience with relational databases such as Access, Oracle or SQL Server

ü  Experienced writing and executing SQL queries to extract and analyze data

ü  Practical knowledge in exporting and importing data for manipulation, reports, and analysis.

ü  Demonstrated project management skills, small to medium projects

ü  Prior experience in Data Mining, Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Integration

ü  Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies is important

ü  Prior working experience in Health Care Industry is highly preferred
