Job Description:

• About the Role/position We are looking for a talented Full Stack DevOps Engineer to join our DevOps team in Minneapolis, USA.
• The right person enjoys working as part of a team, and would like opportunities to grow and develop their skill set across the board.
• To be successful you will be highly motivated to achieve the common goal and have a strong focus on quality.
• Our people enjoy working as part of a dedicated team and liaising closely with internal stakeholders such as our Engineers and Architects, Product and Marketing teams, Project Managers, Customer Support and Account Managers to deliver our Integrated Talent Management software solution.

Experience Required

• Familiarity with deployment automation frameworks; e.g., UrbanCode, Jenkins
• Thorough understanding/experience in software development.
• Thorough understanding of Configuration, Build, and Release Management
• Experience in SCM tools (CA-SCM, TFS etc) and Scripting Languages (Ant, Node.js, Maven, Gradle) • An Agile mindset and team player
• Database experience with MS SQL, DB2
• Exposure to commercial development operations, ideally SaaS.
• Comfort with the Public Cloud; e.g., IBM Bluemix, AWS, Azure
• Experience with virtualized or Public Cloud environments; e.g., IBM Bluemix and VMware
• Experience with security tools; e.g., application and infrastructure scanners Skills
• Understanding of enterprise level software design and software products
• An ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with a creative approach
• Self-motivated and organized – an ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction • Robust communications skills with an open and honest attitude • Strong attention to detail
• Ability to own issues and follow through on solutions and projects
•  High levels of oral and written communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions, be organized and work autonomously in a global team
