Total experience 9+ years

1)       At least 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow

2)       Experience in implementation of ServiceNow

a.       Incident Management

b.       Change Management

c.       Service Level Management

d.       Service Catalog/Request Management

e.       Problem Management

f.        Knowledge Management

g.       Configuration Management

h.       LDAP/AD integration with ServiceNow

3)       Experience in creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI/Data Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions

4)       Experience in ServiceNow Mobility

5)       Experience with REST integration is MUST
