Looking for healthcare, XML, Web Services, SOAP, Healthcare and interface exp
4 + years IT experience with strong interface and data analysis experience. Strong understanding of interface design and data structures. Advanced level of querying with Oracle SQL and related tools is mandatory. Strong Knowledge of SOAP, XML and Web services. Knowledge of ETL techniques would be an advantage. Prior experience developing requirement documents and technical specifications for interfaces. Experience in Health Insurance is highly desirable.
Our client is a significant health plan management organization, charged with managing the Medicaid program. Experience with similar large scale projects and knowledge of Medicaid business processes is crucial to the role. This position reports to the team lead and will assist in managing the day-to-day interface activities. In addition the analyst will support all data migration and analysis activities using established processes. The position also involves developing and executing implementation plans related to interfaces and data migrations.
Duties include
• Work with business to get interface requirements .
• Design integration solutions for new projects .
• Present designs to infrastructure and security teams
• Design new interfaces and create flow diagrams.
• Review detailed specifications for web services.
• Support maintenance and enhancements of existing interfaces.
• Assist integration and testing with business partners. Test new and updated interfaces.
• Research and analyses of application interface and data issues.
• Coordinate interface deployment with gateway and integration services teams.
• Support extraction and exchange of data with external source systems for future projects.
• Test and approve data conversion for all new projects .
• Assist in resolving issues by working as a liaison between the users and development staff.
• Troubleshoot interface issues in coordination with Business and technical teams.
