o Proficient in UAT processes (Strategy, Planning, Execution)
o Experience in all facets of testing (SIT, UAT)
o Experience interfacing/coordinating with business users, project teams, third party vendors
o Experience in conducting defect triage meetings
o Excellent communication skills, status reporting
o Accountable to Program leadership team
Telephony, Contact Centre solution experience is added advantage
