Role:- Application Support Engineer

Duration:- 6+ Months Contract

Location:-  Foster City, CA || Denver, CO || Austin, TX

 

Job Description:

• Good oral and written communication skills, good investigative and customer service skills
• Flexible with processes and the opportunity to create new processes
• Friendly attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years experience in application support / SDLC support / production support
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall added benefit
• Must have ITIL and Ticketing System (BMC Remedy or ServiceNow) knowledge
• Excellent troubleshooting / triaging skills
• Knowledge of middleware would be a plus
