Job Description
· 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
· Minimum 2 years' experience with SuccessFactors LMS is a MUST
· Experience with other Human Resource systems such as Workday, ADP Benefits, and Kenexa is a HUGE PLUS.
· Experience within Bio-tech/pharma is PREFERRED.
· Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid Methodology is preferred
· Candidates need excellent communication skills both written/oral for requirements writing.
· CBAP/CCAB certification a PLUS.
