Salesforce Analyst with Migration Experience || Boston, MA Must Need Local and F2F required

Job Title : Salesforce Analyst with Migration Experience 
Duration : 8+ Months Contract 
Client: MFS Investment
Location: Boston, MA Must Need Local and F2F required 

Schedule: Work 3 PM to 11 PM Boston time.


Scope of work:
Support the efforts related to the optimization of the data migration loads into Salesforce, mock cutover and integration testing efforts, including data validation.

Specifically, the resource will provide support such as:
•    Identify errors resulting from data migration loads through data validation (record counts, reject analysis). Help research issues with salesforce and other integration sources to identify data errors or source system defects. Open defects or identify existing ones.   Outline possible causes for each error, document steps to validate each of the loads, and identify possible remediation based on knowledge and limited system access 
o    During integration testing, support integration defect triage, analysis and resolution collaborating with other project teams including product master, product competitive information, master data management, sales data warehouse, and territory management integration points which are databases or files. Resource will triage and email the corresponding Boston-based contacts with detailed findings and questions for project SME's to address
•    Participate in an afternoon ~ start shift meeting and evening ~ end meeting to transition handoff to other teams.  Include email status at end of day

Here is the skillset we are seeking for one individual:
•    Work 3 PM to 11 PM Boston time. 
•    5 or more years' experience with data migration and system integration projects with extensive experience on data analysis and validation. Experience to include development, analysis and data quality analysis functions.
•    Documentation on validation steps
•    2 or more years' experience with Salesforce with working knowledge and experience with Salesforce object model, including configuration, field validations, workflow rules, triggers.  Experience with Salesforce data loader and workbench including SOQL and SOSL operations
•    Working knowledge and experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL with familiarity around DML operations
•    Strong troubleshooting skills
•    Data warehouse experience with large implementations including financial services and investment advisors
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to work with other developers providing knowledge transfer and technical know how
•    Contract to start as soon as possible as early as Feb 27 till May 19

Must Have: 
•    BA Degree preferably in computer science or information management. 

Nice to Have:
•    Financial Services Experience 
•    Sales Force Admin Certification
•    Heavy emphasis on Data Analysis
