Critical Skill - Experience in Agile delivery Methodology

 

Preferred Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field

Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).

3+ years of work experience in a business role requiring interaction with executive leadership.

3+ years of work experience working on cross-functional project teams.

 

Responsibilities:

Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational needs.

Analyze and report on complex data sets.

Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.

Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and indicate quality of final analysis

Act as a liaison between IT and business units by opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT,

Provide a single point of contact for business units into IT and acts as a conduit between the two organizations

Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

 

Requirements

BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field

6+ years of experience in business analysis in a related field
