1.       Systems Analyst Experience

a.       Writing Use Cases

b.      Creating Mapping documents

c.       Creating transformation logic

d.      Data profiling experience

e.      SQL experience

f.        Data analysis experience

g.       Creating Data flow, Architecture diagrams

h.      Creating test cases

i.         Perform unit testing

j.        Understanding about relational databases

k.       SOUPUI analysis

l.         Web services

m.    Analyzing code/ stored procedure experience 

 

2.       Agile Experience

a.       Writing user stories

3.       Conducting JAD session experience

4.       Gathering requirements experience

5.       PEGA experience is a plus  but not required

6.       Health care experience is a plus but not required
