Duration: 6 Months.

 

Job Description:

 

The Tandem QA resource will be responsible for Quality Assurance activities for HP Tandem Non Stop server.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, Develop & Execute Test cases.                                

• Prepare Test Data

• Analyze business requirements to help drive and develop test cases.

• Experience with HP ALM for Test planning and Defect management.

• Experience with writing complex sql queries.

• Experience with Agile Methodology.

• Provide Testing summary graphs and reports to Project Team and Management.

• Strong communication skills to raise risks and issues in a timely and appropriate fashion.

 

KEY AREAS

 

• Knowledge of  Testing Experience in HP Tandem Nonstop- REQUIRED

• Knowledge & Testing Experience in IBM Mainframe – Good to Have

• Knowledge & Work Experience on HP ALM - REQUIRED

• Strong sql Skills - REQUIRED

• Strong Communication Skills - REQUIRED

• Strong Documentation Skills - REQUIRED

• Knowledge & Work Experience with Agile Methodology – DESIRED

Understanding of Legacy Systems.

Mainframe Background a plus.
