Experience (Years)  10 & Above

Essential Skills 

Associate should have PeopleSoft NA Payroll 8.x/9.x experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules: Expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll modules – North America Payroll, Compensate Employees, Retro Pay, Payroll Consolidation, Payroll Tax Management, PS Payroll Interface, Global Payroll, Time & Labor, including the writing of time and labor rules and Absence Management modules, Payroll Tax Updates, CYE Processing, 1042s, FLSA Union rules Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, organizational, planning and technical skills to achieve professional results Exhaustive understanding of HR & Payroll processes Expertise in following Technical areas: People Tools: People Tools 8.5x, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, File Layout, Integration Broker. Platform: UNIX. Report Tools : XML Publisher, SQRs and PS Query, Crystal Report RDBMS : Oracle10g/9i/8i SQL Programming Tool : Toad
