Max Hourly Rate: USD $50.00
Qualifications:
Position: HP Performance Center Expert
Work Location: Augusta, Maine
Work Hours: 40 hours/week

NOTE: Position requires more mentoring; also experts in loadrunner and performance center. Requires knowledge of automation test tools in addition to loadrunner
Project Description:
- The performance center is tasked with performing load testing on the multi-tennant environemtn usig Load Runner and Quality Center. This project invoved working with business and IT teams closely and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Part of the time will be working on the ACES application developing UFT scripts to automate the testing processes.
- In both instances this person is expected to be an expert on the tools and QA processes able to mentor on the tools and assist management with building a QA strategy.
Position Functions or Responsibilities:
- Work as a mentor for the junior team members
- Experience debugging problems in the scripts - requires a good understanding of application architecture in a variety of platforms
- Able to differentiate between errors that are the consequence of Performance Center itself vs problems inherent in the application
- Able to communicate well with the development teams (and in some cases business owners) both in the script development process as well as debugging
- Able to work well with CORE staff who are required to monitor these tests
- Part of the role includes developing UFT scripts to automate the testing processes
- Automation testing skills UFT, Selinum
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience mentoring junior team members on the tools and assisting management with building a QA strategy
- 5 years of experience with Performance SOA Security Testing - HP Load Runner
- 3 years of experience with Manual Testing, Quality Center
- 5 years of experience with HP QTP/UFT
- 2 years of experience with SQL, Java
- Any automated tools testing tools.
