Title: Manual Tester

Location: Farmington Hills, MI/Lawrence NJ

Terms: Contract

Job Description:

• Define test specifications based on product requirements for the specific focus area assigned.
  
• Contribute to test plan development, test strategy definition and test execution conducted by the 3rd party vendor responsible for the delivery of the specific sub-system.
  
• Interact with the API layer / client development/client testing efforts from an interface perspective.
  
• Strong comprehension of Software Development Life Cycle and Configuration Management including Agile Scrum.
  
• Strong experience in testing web applications and or smartphone applications in a client-server environment.
  
• Strong skills with Excel.
  
• Experience analyzing log files to identify faults in various components.
  
• Database queries and scripting experience is desired.
  
• Multi-platform experience (Windows / MAC / Unix / Linux).
