Job Description

•        This position will mostly be involved with day to day operational support on HCM (open enrollments, benefits, ongoing maintenance etc).

•        The candidate will be involved in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 upgrade, planned later this year.

•        This position is open as a 6 month contract, with a possible extension to a year.

 

Job Requirement

•        4-6 yrs experience as a PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) developer, with some experience working on PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) modules

•        Experience and knowledge of quality software delivery in support of implementation and maintenance in a business environment is essential

•        Extensive experience with PeopleTools 8.53, Application Designer, SQL, Application Engine, SQR, PS Query.

•        Working knowledge or hands-on experience with Integration Broker and BI Publisher.

•        Willing to be available for 24/7 Production Support on a rotating basis.

•        Working experience building integrations with PeopleSoft HCM.

 

Desired skills:

·         Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 a plus

·         Experience with PeopleSoft HCM upgrades a plus

·         Able to effectively interact with business clients

·         Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership, and human relations skills.

·         Experience with SCORM/AICC specifications, a plus

·         Working knowledge of Oracle SES technology, a plus

·         Experience working in an Agile development framework, a plus

Desired Deliverables:

·         This is an Information Technology Peoplesoft Developer position supporting the Human Resources business area.

·         Responsibilities include: providing efficient, reliable, cost-effective code that meets defined business requirements that accomplish corporate goals and objectives.

·         The system environment is Peoplesoft-HCM ver 9.1/ PeopleSoft ELM ver 9.2 / PeopleTools 8.53.
