The scope of services required for this developer includes:

Work independently with supervisory guidance to develop an intranet facing MVC/Razor application using VB.NET/J-Query/Bootstrap against a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Database. Developed within Visual Studio 2012 and Team Foundation Server with strong emphasis on User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX).
Secure website utilizing Microsoft Active Directory for Authentication and Authorization
Develop and debug SQL Server stored procedures, create and modify table structures and relationships as well as normalize data.
Work independently and within a team environment to analyze business needs and create required solutions.
Prototype and demonstrate proposed solutions.
Document code and write clear and concise technical documentation accordingly.
Detailed unit testing of code modules and debugging of code modules.
Explain and transfer knowledge to other team members.
Create periodic status reports.
Code migrations between environment versions may be required

Minimum Qualifications

The minimum skills and experience levels required for a candidate to be considered for this position include:

Minimum of nine (9) years' experience using VB.Net with two (2) years using .Net 4.5.
Minimum of four (4) years' experience developing with Microsoft .Net MVC
Minimum of four (4) years' experience developing responsive websites with emphasis on UI/UX design principles.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience developing with Razor/J-Query/Bootstrap/AngularJS
Strong understanding of user interface design and information organization (current samples required)
In-depth Experience with CSS 3.0 and HTML 5.
Experience with .NET Entity Framework (LINQ to entities) Code First.
Strong background with stored procedures within Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
Experience with Transactional SQL
Knowledge of Web Services and Asp.Net Web API's.
Proven written and verbal communications skills.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to work with a team.
Proven ability to do code review
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes
