Technical/Functional Skills   
 
1.     Performance tuning OAM components as necessary to provide a stable environment.
 
2.     Expertise in monitoring and maintenance of OAM environments
 
3.     Expertise in API-based integrations
 
4.     Experience working in enabling coexistence with OAM 11G R2 PS3 environment
 
5.     Expertise in Multi-Data Center setup with coexistence
 
6.     Expertise working with T2P and APS utilities
 
7.     Expertise in RSA integration for SecurID authentication
 
8.     Expertise in understanding and development of custom plugin's
 
9.     Excellent knowledge on DNS, Big IP and Firewall implementations
 
10.  Excellent knowledge on SSL certificates
 
11.  Expertise in identifying product issues and responding accordingly
 
12.  Excellent Troubleshooting skills
 
13.  Excellent knowledge on patching WebLogic, OAM and webgates.
 
14.  Experience with JAVA Development REQUIRED
 
15.  Experience in building business cases and performing business case analysis
