Sr C# Developer (10+ Years)

Location – REMOTE

Duration – 12 month contract

Interview – 2 phone interviews

Need EAD, GC or Citizen only

Top Three Skills:  

1. Object Oriented Design Principles; solid programming background, strong fundamental knowledge, and GREAT DESIGN skills; Explanation of architecture, understanding of how it is set up, why certain tiers/layers are in place, and just a solid overall understanding of technology; this is a mid-level role where they are wiling to teach, but strong fundamentals are necessary

2. 5+ years (mid-level experience) of C# .NET (highly maintainable and readable code) . This role does not entail any front-end work. It is all middle-tier/back-end.

3. Experience working in a highly structured environment (agile and structured code reviews) 

Work Environment:

The working environment is highly structured with structured code reviews. They also follow a strict Agile methodology. 

There is a team of 10+ developers. The entire team works remotely. Must be able to effectively communicate via skype, chat and phone.
