Role: Hadoop Developer
Location: San Jose, California

Job Description:
Experience with Hadoop Frameworks like HDFS, Map Reduce and Hbase Hands-on Experience in Pig, Hive and Unix Scripting. Experience on Hadoop – Java map reduce –2 years Java programming - 2-3 years Experience building pipelines on hadoop ingesting data exposed in webservices/API Experience on ETS and Hadoop tools – Flume, hbase, hive etc

Role & Responsibilities:
Produciton Support, Analysis and Development of functional specifications and requirement specification Troubleshooting issues identified in Integration, Testing & UAT Participate in outage calls if required. Create or update documents, as applicable and obtain sign-off from customer BSA

Knowledge of Kafka (nice to have) Storm (nice to have) Spark (nice to have) Python/Scala (nice to have)
