Title- Business Analyst

 

Job description.

This Senior Business Analyst will be working with the development team that supports NBA Digital.

* Focus on defining, analyzing, and documenting the requirements tied to NBA.com, NBA Teamsites, and other mobile/digital products.

* Continuously review requirements with key stakeholders and team members to make sure they are clear, prioritized properly, and adequately reflected in the documentation.

* Help breakdown and translate requirements into user stories.

* Perform analyses tied to scope changes and help recommend options for next steps/solution.

* Create any necessary documentation and user guides tied to the product/project.

* Assist with QA testing where needed.

 

Qualifications…

 

* At least 5 years combined technical and functional business experience.

 

* Must have a proven track record of successfully implementing I.T. projects using a variety of project methodologies

* At least 3 years of experience working on consumer facing web-based properties

* Experience with structured development methodology with preferred Agile/Scrum methodology.

 

* Experience with Web Accessibility is a strong plus

* BS in Computer Science, MIS, business or experience equivalent.

* Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with proactive customer service skills.

* Demonstrate strong communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts between business customers and technical project team.

* Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and mentor/direct others

* Must have strong teamwork skills.
