client in Glen Mills, PA is looking to hire a SharePoint Consultant for a long term contract. The details are below.

 

Title: SharePoint Consultant

Location: Glen Mills, PA

Duration: 6+ months

Interview Details: Phone Screen than Face to Face- NEED LOCAL CANDIDATES

 

Please note that this candidate would be responsible for creating training documentation as well as training end/super users via lunch and learns, Webex, etc… This makes communication skills and prior training experience essential!

 

Requirements/Role Description​

 

·          Demonstrated experience working with MS SharePoint 2010/2013​

·          Sharepoint site creation and usage (lists, document libraries, calendar, discussion boards, wikis, blogs, tasks, workflow management, search, office web apps, web parts, excel/access services, content organization – metadata)​

·          MS Certified or has 3-5 years demonstrated experience in Sharepoint Designer and Infopath Forms​

·          Social enterprise capabilities​

·          Good Communication and Organization skills​

·          Must be able to work independently, however integrated with off-shore team, as needed to ensure alignment of SharePoint design​

·          Work within the existing SharePoint Architecture for both the Online and On Premise environments, however be able to build a business case for new functionality/applications.​

 

Deliverables

·          Provide R&M support for existing SharePoint sites to end users in NA​

·          Suggestion: use existing Service desk for level 1 and 2, divert NA tickets to the team upon escalation or redirection from level 2.​

·          Provide training both onsite and remote (travel, if necessary) for end users to promote usage and self service.​

·          e.g. Lunch and learns, remote training sessions​

·          Act as a on site resource to facilitate the creation and enhancement of new/existing SharePoint sites and capabilities, including Axalta intranet​

·          e.g. Tips, tricks, quick fixes​

·          Will review site security settings and location of NA sites and facilitate moving of sites based on risk exposure ​
