MANDATORY SKILLS

•      60 Months of Application Development Experience with Java and J2EE

•      48 Months of experience developing services with Spring2.0/Hibernate 3.x,4.x 

•      48 Months of Experience developing/consuming web services (SOAP) using Open source frameworks such as Apache Axis 1.x, 2.x

•      36 Months of experience using XML, XSD, XSLT, IDE's, and WSDLs

•      36 Months of experience in Web Development (ie. HTML, JSP, Servlets, CSS, JavaScript)

•      36 Months of experience in Unix shell scripting (IBM AIX, Linus RedHat OS)

•      36 Months of experience with Database Development (ie. SQL queries, stored procedures)

•      36 Months of experience with version control systems (ie. CVS, Subversion)

•      36 Months of experience with implementing security (ie. Web service security, Cryptography, PGP encryption)
