Role: Dynamics CRM Consultant

Location: Washington DC

Duration: 6+ months

Role       Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

Required Technical Skill Set         Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013/15 and .NET

Total IT Experience          6+ years

Experience  on Dynamics CRM   4+ years

 (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

•             Proficient on CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation , Marketing automation and Service management functionality

•             Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM entities , workflows , configurations ,  customization development , integrations development

•             Extremely sound in  core .NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS , SSRS, SQL Server

•             Sound in Architecture / Design concepts ,  patterns and best practices in Microsoft Technologies

•             Sound in deployment aspects

•             Good and assertive in communication and articulation skills

•             Experience of working as CRM Tech Lead for at least 2 implementation projects

•             Expert in providing guidance in laying out foundational design for enterprise wide CRM

•             Exposure to Insurance CRM

•             Good knowledge of CRM Sales and Service

•             Expertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows and custom scripts

•             Knowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development in CRM 2013/2015

•             Hands on knowledge of Agile development

•             Must have lead design of banking CRM on Dynamics platform in the past

•             Must have at least 2 implementation experience in MS Dynamics 2013/2015 for Sales and Customer Service
