The key skills required for the job are Performance Testing, HP LoadRunner, IBM Rational Performance Tester and a Banking Domain background.
As a Lead, you are responsible for managing a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project. You may serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology and industry domain or an application or product. You are responsible for functional and technical track of a project.
Skills and Experience Details:
Minimum Experience Required: 5-8 YEARS
