Mandatory skills :-- Android test Experience, Google CTS . 1. Android mobile device testing (NOT Android application testing) 2. Must know how to handle device OS flashing. 3. Must be familiar with the Android releases from Google (at least name and number) 4. Must be familiar with the Google released Android tools such as ADb (Android Debug Bridge) 5. MUST have hands-on experience with Google Compatibility test suite i.e. CTS
