Location : Chicago IL

Duration : Long Term

Experience: 9+ Yrs

.NET3.5 (C# 3.5) ( At least 3+ years experience )

Must be proficient with: Windows Forms \ WPF \ WCF 

Telerik and/or Infragistics NetAdvantage WPF experience (a plus) or Dev Express WPF (if possible)

Object Oriented Design and Object Oriented Programming (at least 3+yrs experience)

Oracle (PL/SQL) experience/practice (at least 3+years experience) 

Source Control Tools:  (TFS) Team Foundation Server experience 

Investment performance or any related financial area knowledge (a plus)

Self starter who can work effectively with a minimum of direction

Detail oriented

Ability to multi task

Ability to deliver on projects/deliverables

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Convert existing application code to .NET platform under direction of Coordinator/Architect

Provide thorough testing of converted code

Follow standard best practices and identify risks

Participate in Daily Huddles to discuss progress/raise concerns

Participate in Code Reviews and Validation of Unit/Systems Test Plans

Provide Performance Tuning to achieve desirable performance

Provide Estimates and Milestone Delivery Timelines

Provide Status and escalate Risks to Management/Project Manager
