QA Tester/Lead - Siebel CRM

St Louis, MO

6+ Months Contract 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate testing activities (test planning, test execution & reporting and defect management) with the QA Team

·         Provide hands on support for test case development, test execution, defect reporting and verification

·         Review and analyze user stories

·         Determine the test approach for application features under development

·         Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing

·         Work with developers and product owners throughout the development lifecycle

·         Liaise with Offshore QA Team to conduct testing activities

·         Collect and analyze metrics and Prepare QA Status Reports

·         Run triage meetings for defects and production incidents

 

Education & Experience:

·         A four-year degree in computer science or equivalent, with 8+ years of software testing experience

·         Experience in Siebel CRM end to end Testing preferably Version 8.1

·         Experience in OSM and BRM

·         Working knowledge of HP QC ALM

·         Good exposure in Software testing Lifecycle

·         Good Communication both written and verbal which includes communicating with Client as well as offshore team

·         Ability to work under aggressive deadlines

·         Basic SQL will be added advantage

·         Expertise in Test Driven Development practices

·         Expertise in the CRM domain preferable

·         Excellent communication and inter personnel skills

·         Enjoys working with developers, analysts, and product owners in a collaborative environment

·         Ability to work in a faced paced environment and meet tight schedules
