·         Need a Sr. Oracle R12 HCM Business Analyst with proven experience being a part of a full life cycle implementation on R12 Payroll, Core HR, OTL, Self Service, CWB and Performance Management.

·         Expertise on all modules is not required, however must have strong Payroll, Core HR and OTL.

·         This is an end to end implementation.
