Technical Skills:

HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap CSS, JavaScript, Angular Framework, Adobe Photoshop 

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience) 
• 7 years of developing clean, valid and compatible websites and applications 
• HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript development experience 
• Experience with core front-end technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, DOM 
• Scripting/properties 
• Proven fluency with a JavaScript framework such as Angular or jQuery
• Experience with CSS libraries including Bootstrap 
• Proven working experience with Responsive web design 
• Experience with Agile methodology 
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills 

Requirements and General Skills:

• Experience developing large-scale web applications/ portals 
• Familiarity with using OO languages such as Java, Python, PHP or Ruby 
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions 
• Experience with graphics editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator 
• Taste for simplicity and elegance in technical design and implementation 
• Able to communicate with both design and development teams 
• Experience interfacing with REST APIs 
• Understanding of MVC architectural software development patter
