Oracle Manufacturing & SCM Functional Architect

Location: Tulsa, OK

Duration: 2-3 months

 

Responsibilities

Prior to workshop

·         Provide overall oversight and leadership in the Manufacturing and SCM areas

·         Identify right SMEs for interviews and workshops

·         Create workshop material, templates and finalize agenda items for Manufacturing, SCM workshops through extensive analysis of 'As-is' documentation

During workshop

·         Drive the assessment workshops through stakeholder interviews and discussions

·         Anchor Oracle demonstrations in the process areas that are in scope

·         Documentation of user responses in the session

·         Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities

·         Suggest best practices in Oracle EBS data migrations and 3^rd party integrations

·         Work alongside Technical and Functional architects to develop a roadmap for system alignment

 

Post workshop

·         Anchor 'Conference Room Pilot' to demonstrate manufacturing processes in Oracle EBS

·         Responsible for overall QA and delivery of all manufacturing, SCM deliverables

·         Single point of contact for all Wipro services and deliverables in the assessment track

·         Oversee all design decisions and ensure integrity of the solution

·         Work with stakeholders to make sure all the project deliverables are signed off

 

Job Description:

• At least 6 years Oracle EBS Manufacturing and SCM experience ideally in the Oil & Gas industry
• Advanced knowledge of WIP, BOM, Assembly and Project manufacturing
• Held senior design or architecture level roles in end-to-end implementations.
• Experienced in integrating multiple 3^rd party systems with EBS
• Practical middleware and migration experience
• Ability to communicate and articulate complex IT problems to senior business users

 

Skill:

·         The Manufacturing and Supply Chain Functional Architect will work actively to elicit Manufacturing and SCM process requirements.

·         He/she must have at least 6-8 years of experience in Oracle EBS WIP, BOM, and Assembly.

·         The candidate must have a strong background in solution design and must possess extensive Manufacturing and SCM business process knowledge in the Oil & Gas sector.

·         The ideal candidate must have prior experience in conducting ERP Assessments workshops in the context of Mergers and Acquisitions.
