| MOI :- Telephonic + Face TO Face Requirements: · 8+ years overall IT experience working as a Business/Data Analyst · 5+ years' experience with business requirement analysis, data analysis and business specification writing. · Experience working on a Data Conversion of legacy systems to SAP or any other system. · Experience with Record to Report (RTR) is a big plus · Experience participating in requirements gathering sessions and be able to guide business to provide data requirements and not systems solution. · Strong communications skills including extensive experience in data analysis · Documentation of all SDLC phases · Conduct quality assurance and integration testing to ensure all business requirements have been met · Coordinate release of new system between developers, operations team and release management team · Experience in developing business process flows and documentation · Must understand relational database
