Short Description:
The Programmer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team.

Complete Description:
ODRC expects the Senior developer to be extremely well rounded in programming languages with the main knowledge skills in Microsoft C#, .NET Framework 1.1 to current version, ASP.NET languages, WIN-Forms development, MS SQL Developer and experience in Enterprise Data Modeling. Need EXPERT experience with SQL procedures, functions tables views. The responsibilities are primarily technical, developers also generally serve as an interface between the least senior developers and management. Strong time management skills ensuring that software projects come in on time and under budget. Serve as technical adviser to management and provide programming perspective on requirements.
Years of Relevant Experience:
6 to 7 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.
Role Description:
•Plan all required process steps.
•Review and understand the Application Team's work plan.
•Provide status of work to Team Lead.
•Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary.
•Engage in ongoing process improvement.
•Detailed functional and process knowledge.
•Utilize deep modeling, design and coding skills.
•Provide expertise in one or more database environments.
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Experience developing with C# Required 5 Years
Experience with .Net 1.1 to 4.0 , ASP.net Required 5 Years
EXPERT Experience with SQL procedures, functions tables views, etc Required 5 Years
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 to 2008 Required 5 Years
Experience with MS Visio or any flow diagram tool Desired 2 Years
Experience with Version control tools , ODRC uses GIT Highly desired 3 Years
Experience other programming languages such as ColdFusion, PHP, JAVA Highly desired 2 Years
Experience creating test documentation and performing System Tests Required 4 Years
Experience with creating technical documentation with
application functionality and test methods Required 3 Years
Experience with manual QA testing processes Highly desired 3 Years
Excellent interpersonal/communication skills Required
