Position:  Project Manager

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Duration: Full time

Knowledge / Skills / Competency Type	Qualification
Project Management	Proficient project management skills and experience with demonstrated increasing span of responsibilities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, people development, networking and influencing	Demonstrated track record of working with high-level Business and IT executives in translating IT strategies into business value. Ability to engage vendors in win/win situations to ensure delivery on IT projects.   Tenacious desire for success.
Multiculturalism	Exposure to multi-vendor& multi-cultural global IT operations delivery. Ability to manage multi-cultured teams with an appreciation and awareness of individual differences.
Software Development methodology / practices	Minimum 3+ years demonstrated application of Project Management methodologies to yield tangible business outcomes, including the ability to leverage automation wherever possible. Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and enterprise application implementation phases. Demonstrated knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, including utilizing a hybrid approach.
Technologies	MS Project, Sharepoint, MS Visio
Domain Specific Experience	Experience with mobile technologies (iOS  or Android, iOS preferred - not mandatory) Experience with web and portal technologies (Java, Websphere preferred - not mandatory) Familiarity with Field Service scheduling systems (preferred – not mandatory)
Preferred Education & Certifications:	Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Project Management certification (PMP)
Minimum Preference Experience:	Typically has 8+ years of IT work experience, including 3 or more years managing projects. Formal training or demonstrated project leadership experience
Travel Requirements:	This position may require domestic and/or international travel up to 25 % of the time
