Our Client is Looking for Tier II and Tier III NOC engineers in Albuquerque, NM. They need to be able to work 4-10 hour shifts day or nights (varies). Must be open to both the shifts.

Network Operations Center Engineers needed:

 

Position 1.

Job Description:
Job Title   : Tier2 Engineer

Location  : Albuquerque, NM/ Long Beach, CA
Duration : 3+ Months with Extension probably 2+ Years

 

Enterprise Command Center Tier II engineer - Networking/infrastructure.

·         This person will sit in the Enterprise Center (NOC) and work on problem tickets for networking and infrastructure problems.

·         Troubleshoot/diagnose and resolve complex problems involving networking and connectivity issues in a Cisco world.  Detection and remediation of problems.

·         This person must be okay with working 4x10 day or night shift including one weekend day as part of the shift.

 

 

Position 2.

Job Description:
Job Title   : Tier3 Support Engineer

Location  : Albuquerque, NM/ Long Bach, CA
Duration : 3+ Months with Extension probably 2+ Years

 

Tier III Support Engineer for Problem identification and Mitigation – Data Center Storage.

·         Tier III Engineer will be working out of the New Mexico and Long Beach Data Centers and support the day to day activities related to delivering critical client facing applications, systems and hardware availability within Data Centers.  This is an operational role and requires Problem Solving and Problem Management of complex Data Center and storage equipment.

·         This position works with Tier II command center engineers to help resolve and mitigate problems.

·         This position is a M-F from 8-5, but may require on-call support.
