1) 7+ years of hands on experience in supporting and administering Weblogic, and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments (Oracle 11g and 12c).
2) Experience in designing and setting up new environments, creation of domains, migration of domains.
3) Extensive experience with scripting using WLST, Python, ANT.
4) Experience is working in Unix environments and Oracle databases.
5) Knowledge on Servers Monitoring and Performance Tuning of Weblogic Domains
6) Experience in setting up clustered environment across multiple domains.
7) To perform regular health check and deployments.
8) Should be able to review and recommend best practices in terms of admin specific activities. Talk confidently about parameters for health check, deployment, configuration etc
9) Quick in trouble shooting and coordinating with multiple teams as well as Oracle support team.
