• Functional Implementation, upgrade and Support Lead PeopleSoft HCM - NA payroll / Absence Management / Core HR / ESS / MSS
• Expertise in Payroll processing, PSHUP process, Pay Calendar Creation, Configuration of Pay Group, Earnings, Deduction, Taxes Setup, self-service functions, On Cycle/Off Cycle
• Extensive Experience in handling Multi-state payroll, Federal, State and Local taxes, W2 and Year end processing for corporate with more than 140,000 employees
• Proficiency in Tax Updates, Quarterly unemployment tax processing, Garnishment rules, Retro-Pay and FLSA overtime calculation
• Good knowledge and working experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 new features
• Designed General Ledger mapping and integration between PeopleSoft and Lawson
• Designed and implemented solutions for Payroll consolidation
• Experience in mapping the data flow between various systems like Work Brain, Kronos, AS400 and Lawson
• Experience in converting HR, and Payroll Data from AS400 and Lawson
• Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, and Fit-Gap Analysis for 'as is' and 'to be' business processes; and development of client specific design documents, test scripts and training documents
• Develop solutions for additional project opportunities that enhance business process flows
• Good understanding in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Functional & Technical Skills:

• PeopleSoft Payroll for North America and having good knowledge in Time and Labor, HR and Absence Management
• Having good understanding in integrating NA Payroll module with ADP, FSV-Paycards and with PeopleSoft modules Absence Management, Benefits, e-Compensation, GL and Variable Compensation
• Worked in People Tools, People Code, Application engine, Application Designer, SQR, Component Interface and XMLP
• Expertise in PS Query
• DB2, MS-SQL Server 2000
• STAT, Control-M, PS Schedule JobSet Definitions
• Crystal Report 8.x/9.x
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
